Andreas Paul Indry Budi Handojo, as our Master Trainer, is a young and vibrant man who is well trained in coaching and applied psychology. A trainer since 1996, Andreas Paul specializes in leadership, winning psychology, personality, human behavior, organizational management, and applied Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)*. As a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, he definitely has the absolute edge in delivering his fullest commitment as a trainer.

Andreas Paul is one of the first graduates of Anthony Robbins Unleash The Power Within Course in Singapore. After conquering his own fear in the life changing experience of fire walk in 2001, he was called back to help preparing and executing the 2002 Anthony Robbins UPW course in Singapore.

In addition to preparing the complex logistic of the firewalk experience, Andreas Paul had been well trained to guide the participants to conquer their fear and get ready for the firewalk experience. He was chosen to be the leader in the firewalk lines. He is always called back to crew Anthony Robbins courses in the region ever since.

And now, not only walking on the fire, Andreas Paul coaches people from all levels to conquer their deepest fear and turn it into power through a FireEating experience, a much more powerful experience in his own workshop, Peak Mastery Week End.

Alva Tjenderasa - Chief Executive Officer & Master Trainer

Alva Tjenderasa is an entrepreneur, an author, and a peak performance trainer. Being young and successful, he owns and runs 3 different companies. He is the CEO & Master Trainer of Peak Mastery Techonology Pte. Ltd. (a training and consulting company that specializes in personal development for young individuals), the Founder & CEO of MRO Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (a consultancy company that specializes in sales management), and the Managing Director of Delphi (a career development company).

Alva has been a trainer since 1996 and has focused on the development of personal excellence, performance enhancement, leadership and communication development, with his background in Management, Sales, Marketing, Psychology, and Counseling.

Currently, Alva is one of the few Licensed Trainers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Singapore. He received his trainer’s license in NLP from the founder, Dr. Richard Bandler, in 2004, and has also been trained by NLP Master Trainer John La Valle with updated skills and knowledge, such as Persuasion Engineering & Design Human Engineering (DHE), in the same year.

As a sales trainer and marketing specialist, Alva has helped many young sales executives breakthrough from their mediocre monthly income level of below S$2,000 to reach a six-digit figure for their annual income in a short period of just 6 months! Given his versatility and experience in teaching young people, many young individuals, such as students, young working adults, and entrepreneurs; seek to ask his advice and personal coaching.

Alva has been teaching members of the public and various organizations about NLP and its effects on peak performance. In the corporate level, he has been engaged by many leading sales organizations to conduct training & seminars for their sales managers & executives. Merry Riana is a Guest Speaker of Peak Mastery Technology Pte. Ltd. She is also the founder of Merry Riana Organization, which consists of 30 young & dynamic individuals, representing Prudential Assurance.

In 2003, Merry, who was only 23 then, not only achieved the Top Rookie Adviser Award, she was also the adviser with the highest sales volume and the most number of new clients in the whole of Prudential. In 2004, she was promoted into management in just 15 months after joining the company. In 2006, she was once again promoted to become a Group Agency Leader within just 2 years in the management. At age 25, she is currently the youngest Group Agency Leader in the whole company.

Merry is known as one of the most dynamic and powerful sales trainers in Singapore. Over the last 4 years, she has motivated and trained thousands of professionals, managers, executives, salespeople and students in areas like Entrepreneurship, Strategic Marketing and Sales, Motivation, Presentation and Communication Skills, among other areas.

Merry has been featured in The Straits Times (2004) as Prudential’s top producer.
